Welcome to the rebellion. I put a piece of my soul into every single creation, and I want you to absolutely love your piece. Because of the highly customized and original nature of what I do, please read through the ground rules below before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final on custom hand-painted sports gear, personalized graduation/senior night photo boards, and custom event banners. Once I start transforming a blank canvas or ball into your personalized piece, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-Made Originals: For ready-made fluid art canvases and art works, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages & Issues
If your artwork arrives battle-scarred from transit, let’s fix it. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect:

Snap a few clear photos of the damage (and the packaging).

Email me within 48 hours of delivery at myrawkreations@gmail.com.

I will work with you to either repair, replace, or find a solution that makes it right.
Cancellations

Custom Orders: You can cancel a custom order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are being prepped and the design process has begun, so cancellations cannot be accepted.

Ready-Made Items: Can be canceled anytime before the item ships.
